Capex Manager.
Job description:
·         To manage and maintain company’s network and non-network assets.
·         Maintain fixed assets register, including the asset category, location, useful life, and depreciation.
·         Coordinate with all related department. Ensure fixed assets are timely capitalized and depreciated.
·         Ensure existence of network and non-network assets.
·         Coordinate with all department and ensure stocktaking for non-network and its results are completed on timely basis.
·         Follow up on balance sheet review issues.
·         Perform reconciliation advance payment per GL with AP data for each project.
·         Perform reconciliation between AMS report with payments. Follow up difference to vendor or AP for discrepancies.
·         Maintain advance and accrual movement per project (for old project) and per WPO/IPO (for new projects) for H3I version and CKHH.
·         Review and analysis on CKHH fixed assets listing.
·         Review CAS reports.
·         Review and analysis other monthly reports.
·         Ensure FA data are timely uploaded in site MS system.
·         Ensure Oracle FA, AMS, Site MS, and other assets are properly works.
·         Ensure the insurance premiums are timely paid.
·         Communicate with user and insurance broker to process the claim.
·         Communicate with GRMD and users related to insurance requirement for new vendor contract.

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Have 3 years of experiences in Industry and Public Accountant firm (Big 4).
- Good communication, self-starter, team player and capability to work in multi-cultural environment.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Detail and result oriented.
